Substitutions
I will make every effort to secure the flowers you have requested. However, sometimes events occur, like out of season, supplier shortages or bad weather that are out of my control. If this situation does occur for your event, I will replace those flowers with similar styles and colours to what you have chosen.
Payment Methods and Terms
Your order is not confirmed, nor will your date be held until the 20% deposit is received in full.
The remaining 80% of payment must be paid in full no later than 3 weeks before your event date.
Failure to meet this payment schedule may result in the cancellation of your order without a refund.
Changes to order, Cancellations and Refunds
Changes to flower and colour or variety are possible if made more than 2 weeks before the event. Changes cannot be made after this date.
Changes to the items requested may result in additional fees and you will be advised of any additional costs that may apply.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the order date will forfeit the costs of any products already purchased for the order.
Hire and Bond
Items provided on a hire or rental basis remain the property of Forever In Bloom & Co.
Hired items must be returned by the date specified on the quotation or daily rental fees will be charged for each day they are overdue.
A bond is required for all hired goods. This bond will be refunded in full when all items are returned in as new condition. Lost or damaged items will be deducted from the bond. If the bond is not enough to cover the full replacement value, an invoice will be issued for immediate payment to the hirer.
Additional Terms
Please ensure you have carefully checked all details. Once you have signed and accepted our quotation, the quote as written, will stand.
Delivery will be made to the address specified on the quotation. Alternative addresses or additional deliveries other than those specified may incur a fee.
Set up and collection of items may incur an additional fee. Please enquire as to the cost if you require this service.
