Refund Policy

Unfortunately, Forever In Bloom & Co does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

All deposits for hire items and events are non-refundable but we understand that sometimes things occur out of our control so we can move your deposit to a new date, providing we are available on the new date. Clients must inform us of any date changes at least 6 weeks prior to their event. In the case that we are not available for the new date, we unfortunately cannot refund the deposit.

If there are any issues with your order once received, please notify us and send through photos via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any claim after this time will be invalid.

Please note, no refunds can be provided if you receive your order later than expected. We suggest placing your orders well ahead of time to avoid any possible delays, especially when ordering for events or gifts.

Dried flowers are real flowers and are prone to blemishes, imperfections and shedding.

No refunds can be provided for slight defects or shedding (such as slight cracks, marks or lost petals).
