Australia Post is the preferred carrier.
DOMESTIC – AUSTRALIA POST (Australia)
Australian DOMESTIC Express: 1-3 Business days $35.00
Australian DOMESTIC Standard: 2-5 Business days $25.00
Most parcels with Australia Post are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced at certain busy times of the year.
Please check your junk/spam folder if you are waiting to receive your tracking number/confirmation.
Forever In Bloom & Co is not liable for incorrect information given when shipping information is asked at check out point. If the shipping address provided is incorrect we are not required to refund you, you the customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
All undelivered/unclaimed parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer’s own expense.
Forever In Bloom & Co is not liable if your parcel is stolen because of a request for a safe drop or a delivery instruction is written to leave your parcel unattended.
Delivery dates supplied by Forever In Bloom & Co are an estimate only and Forever In Bloom & Co will not be liable for any unavoidable delays in fulfilment and delivery.
We suggest you order ahead in time to avoid any possible shipping delays, especially when ordering for events or gifts.
In stock and ready-made products will be shipped 1-3 business days after order has been received.
Please allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for custom products before being shipped.
All products will be packed as best as possible to reduce the risk of damages occurring during transport, however, once items have been handed over to Australia Post, it is out of our control and any damages or broken items may not be able to be replaced. If you are local, I suggest choosing the pickup option to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition.
Unfortunately all large wall art, statement pieces and large pot arrangements are not available for shipping. These items are pickup only.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Forever In Bloom & Co offer local shipping at $15.00 per order within a small part of the Hawkesbury, NSW. We will not deliver further, you will need to select normal shipping if you are not within our local 10km radius of WIlberforce.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pick up is only available on the following days:
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Saturday
You will need to show proof of purchase and photo ID on pick up.
